With this pandemic going on and business closing I wanted to do business with a company that would be around and not have warranty that I couldn't use. I believe JLB is well on it's way of becoming a household name. Last but not least Jed and crew were wonderful. They were professional and kept me informed on everything that I needed to know. I always get busy and forget to do reviews but had to make sure I got this done. I definitely will be doing business with them again.

Read More sidewalk by my street had a 4” drop. They went out of their way to accommodate me and my time schedule. They called right back when they promised to set up an estimate. Josh showed up when he promised and quoted me a price for half of what another company I had called did. I set up the appointment and they came out on time that morning and in those couple weeks before it was time for the appointment, I had texted Josh numerous questions and he responded right back every single time. They went above and beyond and did a great job. I will never use anyone else for my concrete and foundation needs. I was very impressed with Josh and his company. I’ve had so many companies not return calls or show up when they are supposed to for various jobs, so they were a breath of fresh air. Very satisfied customer!

I live on a spring and the water is a constant problem and it's wonderful to have peace of mind at an affordable price. We originally used JLB at our home in an executive neighborhood. Because the newly built house sat empty for several years before we bought it, the foundation had not been... Read More cared for properly. We began having water issues in our reverse ranch basement. JLB stepped in and installed two sump pumps and waterproofed our beautiful home. When we bought a small 70 year home we again called JLB to fix the basement. They stabilize the walls and then installed the same French drain and sump pump system used in our primary home. They also redirected the water away from the house and installed a beautiful, stable retaining wall. After two years we have had no issues with unwanted water even when all of the neighbors were dealing with flooded basements. More recently they poured a concrete pad and drain at that home. Josh’s employees are hard working, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Josh goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly for the best price.

Josh and crew did a fantastic job on our basement! The condition they found the basement in was an abortion, with an improperly executed french drain. They rectified the issues... Read More and did a quality job. We were unable to be present for some of the work. When they left, they locked up and left everything clean and organized. When the job was complete, they fully cleaned up, went over the work done with instructions. I would not have any reservations recommending JLB to family or friends.....they are that good.
