This company and their crew did an outstanding job on my basement. From the very start, talking with Jon and then seeing how well the crew worked was amazing. Everything was explained in terms I could understand, showed me and walked me through the work that was being done. When the crew began work they never stopped working till the job was complete. They took the time to clean up everything really well before they left. I would highly recommend going with this company, I did a lot of research prior to pulling the trigger and so glad I chose them to do my work!

Better Than I Could Have Imagined
Working with this group of people was like dealing with family; or friends you’ve known your entire life. The crew was young and exceptionally hard working. They were fast, clean, and well mannered. I am very capable of doing the work that was performed but what they did in one day would have taken me weeks. Everybody wants work done right, done fast and done cheap. Only the wise understand you can only have two of those three and I was happy to pay for done fast and done right. I only wish they did remodeling, lawn care and hung Christmas lights. I’d use them all year.

I had a great experience overall! From Trent, the office manager, to the team who completed the work. Josh had come to give us the quote and estimate. He was very explanatory and professional. Told us exactly what would happen, why they did it the way they did and what to expect after completion. Jed, foreman, was very thorough, called when they had forgotten something they would need to give me a more accurate time of arrival, left the work area very clean on completion, and walked through after the rest of the crew had gone to ensure completeness and cleanliness. These seemingly little things add up to be big things. Appreciate the professionalism of this team of people.

Best Customer Service
This is one of the best customer service company I’ve come across. Prompt reply to call, courteous workers and considerate of your needs. I had a foundation that needed special care that they had to work around landscaping and if that wasn’t enough, my horse had to be put down and I found myself in an emergency need to help bury him. With scheduled work already in progress they were prompt and compassionate with my need.

I was very impressed with the work, pricing, and staff at JLB. They didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. I had received estimates from several different company’s from $500-$25,000. Jon answered all of my many questions (even after hour/his off days) and put my mind at ease as I was skeptical of doing business with a company that hadn’t been in business that long. With this pandemic going on and business closing I wanted to do business with a company that would be around and not have warranty that I couldn’t use. I believe JLB is well on it’s way of becoming a household name. Last but not least Jed and crew were wonderful. They were professional and kept me informed on everything that I needed to know. I always get busy and forget to do reviews but had to make sure I got this done. I definitely will be doing business with them again.

JLB did an outstanding job at my home! I had two drains put in my patio and buried my gutters. They were very knowledgeable, offered solutions. The crew was friendly, fast and efficient. They left my yard in great condition after they were finished. This was an expensive job, but their price was well below what my budget was – GREAT PRICE and quality work! I highly recommend JLB!!

Don’t pay any attention to the commercials you see on TV. Call these guys! They will do the job quickly and they will do it right. They are also very knowledgeable and considerate. Jon answered all my questions, and did a couple of extra favors for me as well. Marcus, the crew leader, also answered all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. And they are reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Josh and his crew are great to work with. Josh is a straight shooter that will be up front about what will and won’t work with your foundation and what makes it even better is that Josh has been in the trenches doing the work himself for a long time! He gives a great price and wants what is best for his customers. I will call him any time I need any foundation repairs, waterproofing or leveling/mudjacking.
